Nothing is good here. No career growth. Its like a mass hiring company like “har ek mal 15k”. My suggestion is if you are badly need for job and want earn for 15k then go for it.

...h 2) no work from home facility even if in corona time also they will call you 3) no salary increment on time basis you have to beg for it n’no of times 4)the ceo manages all from the salary of sweeper to salary of manager he will decide rest other team is there for name shake. 5)the manager ufff and the attitude. They themselves doesn’t know the english properly but they know how to scold. 6) the hr- she will only talk in the time of hiring afterwards she doesn’t have any response to any of your query or difficulty. But if you will ask her about salary she becomes very active to tell you we will discuss with your manager and ask about your performance report then only we can increase. And this never happens. 5) they will mention in your joining letter that Saturday and Sunday are fixed week off but they will make you work for Saturday too that’s also without any extra pay. 6) total leave you can take is 10-per year and the holidays list which they have decided in year starting they can cancel it as per their wish and make you work without any extra pay. 7) the terrible company ever exist in india and making good money without any care about employee. 8) and the notice period wow one more good thing, 2month notice period that is the only thing which is followed as per your joining letter.

...or. They don’t respect the employees whether you have survived them for years. Salary is average, appraisals is zero. If you can butter people or your senior you survive.

Company is good, working hours also satisfied, and importantly incentives and salary wise there is no guarantee that they will pay full. it is completely based on managers mood. especially girls do not work under Mr. Shashi Ranjan (Sales manager)he is not good guy, and he will spoil company reputation by doing misbehave with the women employees. So, rest all managers are well behavior compare to the one who I mentioned. So before to join any sales team be aware of this name. and there is no job security overall.

No job security, no work life balance, management talk in abusive language, salary is too less for each job role, anytime they can fire you without any proper reason, not allowed to take leaves even if you are sick
