She hired them and within 2 years of time they got promoted for doing nothing. Utter biased towards her referred employees. Great Work Culture. Good Atmosphere to learn new skills and implement them. Always feel valued. Onsite team works as a partner/Colleague unlike many places where onsite teams shows the command and authority. Skills are appreciated, so much to learn, grow.

Great culture among all captive banks in India and this based on majority feedback from associates employed with the bank. Management continuosly on the look out to increase engagement with employees at mid to lower level of the hierarchy.

Be honest and say I can join on 25th May? 2. Commit to 25th April and request a DOJ extension later?(By telling them some emergency) Q1). If I choose option 1, is there a risk they won’t release the offer?(As I am being hired for a particular project, so will they go for some immediate candidates?) Q2). If I choose option 2, could they revoke the offer?(As the HR told changing the DOJ in released offer letter is not possible
