Great Work Culture. Good Atmosphere to learn new skills and implement them. Always feel valued. Onsite team works as a partner/Colleague unlike many places where onsite teams shows the command and authority. Skills are appreciated, so much to learn, grow.

It has got one of the best benefits in the market and almost above the market levels. Growth opportunities have been ample and given at right times

Sometimes one would feel that bank is lagging behind in its reporting and metrics due to the manualness of its dashboards.
