Worst work culture & dont expect hikes. they promise you many things while joining but dont really do after joining . Managers make you feel uncomfortable & there is too much minor managements.

Innovative, Culture is also good they gave you more exposure on learning new things

Management Is not stable they changes it quite often due to this many employees are not focus on work as an affect in delevery in the project

Not a good company... not ready to help their employees and expect them to do everything by their own.... and the managers do not even help freshers and the company fires people for stupid reasons

I enjoy the opportunities Austrax offered me to learn and develop new skills. I have found myself enjoying my job a lot more since I have been given these opportunities. My manager always keep an eye on how much is being added to my plate and it really help me focus on my duties and improve my time management. I really appreciate it.
