...ironment and culture Teammates are supportive and the management is transparent. There is a huge cafeteria and gaming arcade for chilling company policies are good, appraisals are fair and they give good salary hike and bonus every year.

There is a lot of politics and the management doesn't address our issues. Salary is decent but career growth is slow .there is a bond of 2 years before which you cannot resign .on the job training is not given to new joiners.

Company was good but salary as per accpection is very very low. Some senior are good but some senior are very roud they all time do back biching. But new commerce are must be join and learn then after experience change this job and company because they not provide job safety in future.

incentive Never come on time and sometimes even don't receive any incentive even after earning that . Here is not any fixed timings they stretch a lot . management is pathetic , they haven't corrected my designation from last 2 month i mailing but no one is responding overall not satisfied with the company .
