I liked Sila Company because there was a lot to teach me and their salary is time to time. Many other things are good.

I have worked on Sila Company's sites. But the management at my previous site was not good

The office is great! So many amazing people to learn from. People are kind and welcoming. The founder's are super knowledgeable & approachable. The team I work with has the best culture, they are so helpful. The company does so many things, has so many buisnesses, it is growing at such a fast pace as well. I am excited to be a part of this company!

I wish there were more out of office experiences for other team's to meet and get to know each other. Coffee could be better.

The organization exhibits favoritism, with employees in higher positions being close friends of the owner, leading to hiring and firing decisions based on personal convenience. There is no work-life balance, and the lack of training and team support adds to the challenges. Additionally, favoritism influences decisions regarding work-from-home options and leave approvals.

Very very worst company ever i work before. My posting is Technical manager even last day itself they not give welcome kits and Laptop also.

Its home business which is running on old fashioned.. Way far behind from other competitors in market & not ready to accept any changes.. They don't operate on IFM model, its only manpower provider organisation.. No learning & development within organisation. And many more...
