... new joiners and creates problem for new one. no place for food or lunch time . Company policy destroy new joiner and salary is very very low and deducted without any reseans

ONE HAS TO LEAVE THE COMFORT ZONE AND BECOME ACCOUNTABLE- We believe that "The road to success is always under construction" since Sikri farms is a developing company so there may be always a new challenges to achieve brigher goal. Some may dislike this :-)
