Salary Negotiation in an interview
Hi, I have had a first round of interview with the company. And mentioned my salary expectations as 15- 20% from my previous LPA. But after that I feel like I have undervalued my expectations. Being in the field for 9 years with the required skill, considering the market and the prospect company is a well known builder, i should have asked more. Anyway a face to face interview is scheduled next week. How to ask them a higher salary from what I have mentioned earlier. And how much I can ask more. Please help. Thanks in advance.

I was just on a visit so I didn't like any thing about the college...the college is not like what a college is to be...

Nothing is as per AICTE criteria..... College started in 2018 till now it has 2 complete building and one building under construction...the workshop building and some of civil engineering labs which I heard was not of SIST but of some department who had constructed hostel for a polytechnic college CCCT. Some of the faculties have been recruited without proper qualification in one ofvthe department and recruitment is not as per specialization of subject students study at PG or PhD level.... I urge the AICTE to visit college and analyse whether approval is to be given..... People say that it is a Government Engineering College but it is college run in society mode i.e. Government gives budget as grant in aid. No proper lab facilities no proper water management....no hostel even after 6 years of college functioning.....
