I worked in this company. I know very well there is no single thing which I like.

Dislikes

Company don't pay salary on time. They cut the salary unnecessary. Even Diwali festival and other festival they cut the salary. They promises before joining the company but after join they started to force you to work. And they can terminate any time. There are not working developers. So please, I would request you if you haved to my review then don't join.

Now, I’ve been shortlisted for the Product Designer role and have learned from some sources that their maximum budget is 14 LPA. How should I approach the negotiation?
