Secondly, the team is really supportive, one will not feel left behind in pressure. Work culture is amazing here. Personal life is always a priority. Management strongly believes that one's first priority should be family and work should not come in between that. Also, employees get appreciated for their had work.

Compensation needs to be improved. Work life balance can be even better, people who work are sometimes overburdened even if there are enough available resources. Appraisals are good but can be improved as per current competetions.

Management needs to work on employee retention and checking individual issues of employees. Career growth is also slow and salary increment is nominal.

I don't dislike anything in particular, as it is a growing company, it seems to lacks on the facilities provided in the office environment. The lack of transportation facilities has affected employees who stay far from office location.
