Payment is worst, pay based on performance, if in that month assigned work is less means they reduce payment.

Dislikes

Weekly 6 working days, every month payment will vary, how much we perform also will get salary based on percent they offer(no standard calculation)! Learning will be less compare to MNCs or any medium range company
