The salary package is satisfactory but there are no other benefits.

Dislikes

The work culture is terrible, the higher management is stodgy, no parking facility, no cab facility, overtime working without extra payment. Promotions happen after 3 years and nothing new to learn.

Likes

The company is open to innovation and readily adopts latest technologies. I'm happy that i belong to team that develops firmware for the Philips hue lamps. Being graduate in network engineering I got to know about implementation of wireless network protocols.

Dislikes

Compensation is decent. very flexible timings. Teammates are very friendly and eager to help interns. We had learnt a lot in short span. Lighting has developed more than what we can imagine on lights and lamps.

Likes

I like that there huge number of departments where one can explore if he/she has right skills.

Dislikes

The only downgrade about the company is that the outsiders are getting more compensation that the existing employees in the same position.

Company culture, if you are a women you can easily survive in this company without any knowledge and communication skills. If you listen to your boss then you will sustain here else they will point out for every situation. And mainly domination from the head office people in respected region's.
