As a fresher it's good to learn and explore. Getting two day trip every year. Celebrating certain festivals. Also, get chance to teach juniors.

Work-life balance - Good

Dislikes

Doing layoffs when company seems to be loss means it happens may be atleast 3 times. Also they just saying like bonuses after every 3 months in reality we are getting only diwali bonuses.

Good colleagues with less knowledge in it with full potential. Company orgainize yearly trip for the employees but the problem is trip starts on friday evining after completing the office hour and end on the monday morning 6 am after that you have to come to the office on the same day by 11 am if you fail to do that then you're salary will get cut.

Dislikes

The communication process every one from the company owner to the employees everyone only speak in gujararti if you're someone with other case then you'll have the language barrier because most of them can't even speak in hindi forget about english.
