Dislikes

Excessive micromanagement, insufficient knowledge transfer sessions for newcomers (in my team), significant nepotism, a sense of isolation as the only female team member, and a lack of clarity from the HR team when hiring freshers for roles.

Likes

Good scope to understand start-up environment. Salary is also very high based on experience. You will get to work with such smart and experienced people

Dislikes

No WFH, No Out trips. No Cafeteria No food court Office in Malleswaram which is such boring neighborhood. Limited option for Lunch
