Almost everything is Good in the company. • The Product Quality is Great, Prices are Competitive. • The management is Not very Harsh with regards to Sales/Targets, which can be beneficial for the mental well-being and Good Work life Balance of employees. • Fresh2Go Brand is becoming Popular amongst HORECA Category from last 4-5 years which shows this Brands has a Lot of Potential for Future Growth.

Dislikes

Not much to dislike about the Company. • Decision making is little slow compared to Big brands and HR Policies are not upto the mark. • Salary Range is Good, but it can be little better. • Limited Hero Products, Need few more products as Market Size is expanding and it's tough to survive with limited product portfolio. • Need to do more Marketing/Advertising activity to Standout in this challenging market.

I was very sad when I worked in this company. My hands got rashes as they don't give us gloves and my supervisor forced me to work I complained to HR the mad HR told me not to take any holiday otherwise they will not give my payment. They removed me from the job I was unable to feed my family for two months now I work in the farm.

Nothing to like in this company, they are running a monopoly business that's why they are in the market. Otherwise no value of theirs exist.

Signature international foods is a joke. No work ethics no authority to speak to no work life balance none to speak to. unprofessional HR she has no sense of anything she do i don't think even if she has a degree. Managers are very arrogant,noob and totally unprofessional.

Nothing to like just amazed to see how only managers get hikes and promotion even having no exposure to actual work and not having much experience to deserve that post.

Dislikes

Working with Signature was really the worst experience of my life. I performed very well during my internship and my mentor assured me of having a good work culture and learning new skills but I was working as a delivery person instead. I got very bad treatment from the manager and fellow senior colleagues. Was made to travel long distances with no preparation. My manger even insulted me infront of distributors and customers where it was not even my fault as company was incapable to deliver orders and nor manger intrested to escalate this issue to the company. I learnt that in my team I was a single person working on field rest all sit in their homes and work. At first moment when I joined the company I went into depression.

There is nothing to like for this company. The Managers harass as much as they can it was a great escape from this company. There is no future scope for this company. Its the worst organization to work. Should avoid this company.

Dislikes

There is no support from senior level management and they make to travel in remote areas where there is no learning. Sales pressure from intern level, where they falsely commit there are no targets but lot of travelling and sales pressure with no travelling expense claim. Male managers should learn how to behave with female employee/interns as they talk and behave in in appropriate manner. This company is blacklisted in B-schools due to their rude attitude towards university faculties and interns.
