The job security is zero, they can sack V.P. level of person same day without notice. I think they r infew real state companies who pay salary on time so management knows it and try to overload and expolite employee as much as they can

I feel like very bad that I'm a part of this company I must say that I've very very bad experience gain in this company in my whole work experience in term of management like CFO Branch manager and team leaders upper level didn't follow the HR policy there is no working culture in broking segment I don't know about realestate but my experience is very bad

Teammates 50-50 some good some bad balanced But Teamleaders or can say Branch manager Gaali dene ko man kar raha hai Training nothing what is this....? Job security... OMG every days BM wording u r fire all team members pls today resign or tommorow most probably is last working days of all Evevry days tortured many type Career growth ...🔔 Politics...... Very high level Work environment.... Highly polluted More Then delhi polution Learning.....like primary school begining stage
