Salary would be low and freshers not recruiting here.have to travel within country frequent per need.

I'm working here for a year ...there is no work pressure friendly staffs.

drawback is salary is very low 12k for engineering fresher and they'll not give salary increment at all... they'll give only 1000rs

Good company for fresher, best place to learn embedded product. Job secure. Government projects, strong knowledge in power sector, R&D, Good product they have, but need to improve to latest technology.

Bad work culture, poor performance monitoring, very less salary, bad management, poor company policies. The company does not know about their original power.

Company co-workers and seniors are too good. Md sir is a very good person. Opportunity of career growth and salary increments are high.All the parameters are positive, only besides the work life balance.
