...ve any queries. Everyone is overburdened with work. Only want to do extra work. Salary never on time ...salary always 20 days delay. They Cancelled all approved Holidays and leaves. Very Negetive working environment. Fund shortage. They do alot of TERMINATIONs. Attrition rate is very high here. Employee can stay maximum upto 6 months only. No extra benefits. Only Work overload. We work after 6:30 daily

Don't waste your time here, these are fraud people, they hold first month, 50 days salary . Be Careful This Type Lalla Company. Don't waste your future by joining here. The owner also gives the household Works to the employees. People doing work in fear environment No work policy.

During lockdown they didn't any support to us. They didn't provide any work from home options, and after one month they stopped crediting to salary. I kept contact to them but they didn't any response. There is no time for salary. Sometimes the salary is received on the 15th of the following month, sometimes after the 25th. If you argue with your boss then you will be definitely transfer to leg and andmaan.

Nothing at all no growth no appraisal neither salary is coming on time pathetic company I have ever seen in my life.

The work environment is so unprofessional they never pay salary on time creating unnecessarily pressure,blaming for those mistakes which you never did HR manager is behaving like a fresher do not know anything about HR.Last but not the least if some one want to spoil his/her career or don't have any goals or aim then you can sigma.

Terrible experience, Never Join this company. No Job security at all whether you are at Manager level or have worked for year in this company.

Dislikes

Too much pending works, salary not on time, bad behaviour of seniors and other department heads. You will be transfered to A&N island.
