It was my first company I gained lot's of knowledge and observed so many thing. There was i learnt about work environment. Some of colleague was so nice of with me. They helped me to learnt new things.

When I joined this company I was so happy but I didn't know it will become worst experience for me. There was Most of people bully to their juniors. There is no financial growth and no job security also because of their partiality environment. They increasing hike according how much you impress them. I am a Social Media Specialist with over 4 years of experience and was earning around 4.5 LPA in my previous role. When I joined my current organization, I discovered that my manager, with just 2.5 years of work experience, was earning a compensation of 7.6 -8.2 LPA (approx). This was quite surprising to me, and it made me question the market standards. I am currently looking to switch roles and, based on my research through Glassdoor and other sources, I am expecting a package of 7-8 LPA. However, many HRs I’ve spoken to feel that even 6 LPA is too high. What should be the ideal salary expectation for someone with my experience in the current market?
