...rking with the SIGMA Outsourcing Services Pvt. Ltd. The dislikes as follows:- 1. No salary fixed date (if you are in the higher position you will received your salary before then other employees, like tele callers). 2. There is no such respect of the backends (HR, Admin, IT and others). 3. Un wanted meetings for like 6 hours daily (via Google Meet & WhatsApp Calls) 4. Your work life will be shit while working in this organization. 5. No such timings of holidays. 6. They are not following Minimum Wages Act. 7. The CEO is following and listing only process manager words. (If the process managers says today is a day in the night the CEO agrees on that also). 8. No yearly appraisal and reviewed by foolish people who don't know about the backend process and other things. 9. An employee can take leave before completion of a year as a PL's, they are not following 154 Shops and Establishment Act, No such bonus rules they are not following compliances as per the rules. 10. They are treated you like a servent your personal life and professional life will be hampered. 11. You have to come on time at 09:30 am but there no such time for going home. If you are coming on time they are not deducted your salary but if you are one minute late it will be deducted accordingly and if you are going late then they considering you late come, they are not considering you late home going.

The salary holding day are 21 to 25 day which is the biggest dislike thing of Sigma and the water quality is so bad mostly people are sick because of the water quality and there is a single washroom of boys which is not a good thing

...gement is transparent. There is a huge cafeteria and gaming arcade for chilling. Company policies are good, appraisals are fair and but they give small salary every month

There is a lot of politics and the management doesn't address our issues Salary is too low and career growth is slow. There is a bond of 6 months before which you cannot resign. On the job if u resign before 6 month then you have to pay 20k then u left..

Sigma is a agency who has working with kotak mahindra bank and environment is good but I have an issue regarding salary increment .I have working with sigma from last 2 years but my salary will not increased yet that's why I m quit this organization.

Sigma policy is very different to other companies because according to sigma he is not provided the joining letter

Dislikes

You will not get paid for the extra efforts you do. People who are sitting on top positions got there only through contacts so lack in leadership traits. They work on simple principle which is you work hard & in return, you wouldn't get paid for it but you'll grow. So work for free.
