...ery time unless the team leader told to do in case of urgent client requirement.The salary hike was based on the performance,punctuality and the behavior with the teammates.Our employer was good and understands the needs of employees in difficult times. We used to have quarterly based parties.Most of the employees come from various backgrounds and we work without any differentiation.

There was lack of proper hierarchy between team leader and team members which leads to communication gap. No changes in designation over the years.

I’ve been at my new job for about six months now, and everything’s been going great! I’m getting positive feedback from my manager, and I get along well with the team.
