False company with a lot of false commitments. You need buttering skill to be successful here. Dirty office politics. A lot of things are hidden in company and you will get surprising news any time. South Indian people are the biggest culprits. They behave like God and they are big MC. Ex Sales Head was a nice person but current Sales Head is a big goon. He will harass you mentally any time and every time. I will not recommend this to even my enemy.

Good work environment and culture, Teammates are supportive and the management is transparent. Company policies are good.

There is a lot of politics and the management doesn't address our issues. Salary is decent but career growth is slow.

The company is open to innovation and readily adopts latest technology. I love the fact that l am a part of a team thakmarkets reliable ,high quality products and has a global client base.

Very poor culture and management doesn’t care about employees well being. I will never recommend anyone to join this company. Globally it may be good company but the one in Chennai is terrible ..

Work-life balance is a great positive point of FNI. Fixed timing for shifts (Actually). Good professional development particularly in R&D department. Good basic facilities like subsidised transport & canteen for one time meal, free tea-coffee, free uniform & safety shoes to all employees, other PPE's relative to work. Good IT equipments & facilities.

Slow career growth & low/average increments. Unprofessional staff (hard to find respect in their verbal communications) Partiality in staff for HR department e.g. company outings happens for selective staff (Management members ONLY, for their foot lickers). Separate food dining for top executives visits (No common dining with other employees). Special refreshments (cold drinks, maggie, snacks) for top management & HR team.
