It's a very good Ltd company, they don't have any salary issue, have all facilities, factory people are very helpful.

Dislikes

In HO there are some typical illiterate personalities, who else believe themselves as the boss. But actual management are very strong & helpful.

SIGMA FLOW CONTROL INDIA LTD is a very good company, if you work hard you will be appriciated. Management is very good & responsible. Job is secured if you perform well. Work culture is well. Company policies are legal & satisfactory.

Dislikes

Some Senior's behaviors are not acceptable. Some low graded work politics can be found. But if you can tackle you can survive.

Salary Expectations

I am a Social Media Specialist with over 4 years of experience and was earning around 4.5 LPA in my previous role. When I joined my current organization, I discovered that my manager, with just 2.5 years of work experience, was earning a compensation of 7.6 -8.2 LPA (approx). This was quite surprising to me, and it made me question the market standards. I am currently looking to switch roles and, based on my research through Glassdoor and other sources, I am expecting a package of 7-8 LPA. However, many HRs I’ve spoken to feel that even 6 LPA is too high. What should be the ideal salary expectation for someone with my experience in the current market?
