I worked for 14 Years in this company , the greatest advantage is Salary will be received in correct time & yearly vacation of 30 Days with salary & Flight charges will be paid by the company.

Dislikes

Internal Politics is very high , line managers never allow down line employees to raise beyond certain level. Most of the managers are torturing nature , Just try to protect their positions without dedicating to the company.

Hi, I have had a first round of interview with the company. And mentioned my salary expectations as 15- 20% from my previous LPA. But after that I feel like I have undervalued my expectations.
