I accepted an offer where they gave me around 120% hike on current salary, but 2 weeks later I got to know that there are paying other candidates more than me for the same role with even less experience. No trainers in that company for freshers and no guidance for experienced persons, less salary, no proper work alotment, worst treatment by highers, no proper bonus, no intime salary, no in time allowances, allowances are not guaranteed for paying, no proper accomodating in site, you cant balance work and life,
