Again it all depends on manager to manager... Here there is alot of discrimination on leaves, WFH approvals, hikes, promotion, & what not... So i really didn't like it there however the company be it so.

Worst in culture, only spy and non performers will get growth, no internal harmony, only few wants to work, remaining are working for survival, it's like marwadi company. Should forget about personal life, family etc.,

Sigma Aldrich is good, Merck company and policies are excellent, but site head collapsed everything. Only growth for favourites,

They don't follow any process, entirely manager's descrition. If you are a IT guy, don't join because basically it is an chemical company. Hr policies, health policy are bad. There is life after joining Sigma Aldrich, forget about work life balance. They will dump you with loads of work without proper requirements and plan. Life of IT employees are miserable. They won't provide any training. Overall very bad experience. Most of the projects are run in shift hour so no work life balance.

Not to work in IT. As its a chemical and life science co, there is hardly anything to learn or grow in IT. Filled with fake resources who want to start their IT career and use this co. as a stepping stone. Many resources are hired through references and will have a relative, friend or someone from their village working there. No professionalism among resources.
