Overall good company but the work operation should confusion for the all follow ups and enhanced the features of all the process take time to change over so forward to streamline the process and get good doing to the future.

The Sigaram Technologies is over all good but the compensation for low and it is one of the development company so they put new process to amendment for without knowledge of employees then they are Implement but the staffs doesn't know then the policies is always changing every occurrence happened. They are totally good atmosphere environment for those company.

Salary Negotiation in an interview
Hi, I have had a first round of interview with the company. And mentioned my salary expectations as 15- 20% from my previous LPA. But after that I feel like I have undervalued my expectations. Being in the field for 9 years with the required skill, considering the market and the prospect company is a well known builder, i should have asked more. Anyway a face to face interview is scheduled next week. How to ask them a higher salary from what I have mentioned earlier. And how much I can ask more. Please help. Thanks in advance.
