Confused about Salary negotiations
CTC - 8 LPA Loc - Bengaluru, India I have been working in the same company for the last 5 years. My salary went from 3.6 LPA to 8 LPA over the years. I recently put papers, and, started giving interviews. I got an offer from TCS for 15 LPA(12.8 fixed). For more than a month, I've been giving interviews, asking for 18 LPA and many HRs are rejecting straight away, citing it is more than 100% hike from my current CTC. I kept trying and now I am selected for 5 companies - Iris Software, Capgemini, Quantzig Analytics, PwC, HCL, Infinite. Salary discussions are about to start and I'm confused. I'm not good at this. Can anyone suggest?

Salary is very low and worst for the Engineers... Treating the Engineering Graduates and Labour in a Same way... Even the Labour is having more salary Than Engineering Graduates.. Fake Promises and Very Worst Management... In Their Point of View is they want Experience candidates but in a Low Salary... There is job security to some extent. No questions asked leave approval policy with most of the managers.

Dislikes

...t work timings, little to no flexibility. No additional benefits to employees. Heavy deductions from Salary. Very rigid work culture.
