Fake Promises and Very Worst Management... In Their Point of View is they want Experience candidates but in a Low Salary... Mainly Engineering Graduates has Appointed as a Technician Position to Do the Work....

There is job security to some extent. No questions asked leave approval policy with most of the managers.
