Dislikes

Poor people management. Unnecessary micro management. PIP without proper justification and review Compel to work under pressure and harassment by floor manager. Toxic work culture with politics promoted by floor manager. There is poor process and conflict resolution. No proper KT to new joiner, leads to frustration and productivity degradation. Upper management and HR will not bother about your concern if you escalated it. Unskilled manager to lead the skilled people.

Can be very helpful in learning new skills and personal career development. Complete corporate Medical insurance. My managers and team are excellent. Got to feel lucky for that.

Worst work life balance, as they will ask everything in urgent. No salary hikes, even promotions are very rare and no use of it though, because no hikes will there. They say company is not doing good, but will invest huge amount in infrastructure and other things. Even freshers are getting more salary than 6+ years experienced here.

Management only support few senior engineers, they won't take care about GET AND NEW ENGINEERS WE MADE A COMPLAINT ABOUT ONE SENIOR WHO Torturing THE 48 ENGINEERS BECAUSE OF THIS GUYS ONE ENGINEER Died EVEN WE MADE MANY COMPLAINTS ALSO THEY ARE NOT TAKING ACTION ABOUT THAT GUY.
