Poor people management. Unnecessary micro management. PIP without proper justification and review Compel to work under pressure and harassment by floor manager. Toxic work culture with politics promoted by floor manager. There is poor process and conflict resolution. No proper KT to new joiner, leads to frustration and productivity degradation. Upper management and HR will not bother about your concern if you escalated it. Unskilled manager to lead the skilled people.

Here we can do job without having any knowledge also as work is very easy. We can do lots of mistakes in work. Basically it is good for freshers. After experience move to other companies.

Dislikes

No growth, no SOP, Very low Salary and no hike in technical department. Politics culture in office. No role of HR to maintain policy as whatever managers will decide that will happen. Only managers are playing with employees.

...gement is transparent. There is a huge cafeteria and gaming arcade for chilling. Company policies are good, Appraisal are fair and give bad salary hike and no bonus every year.

There is a lot of politics and the management doesn't address our issue. Salary Issue. but career growth is slow.on the job training is not given to new Joinees.

Good team structure and management. Project management is effective and provides work-life- balance. Challenging projects.

Dislikes

Pay perks do not match the MNC standards. Contractual employees don't get any raise in salary/benefits for years. No provision for skill enhancement for employees who have been working with the company for over 5 years or more.
