Nothing... They extract as much as they can from you for the salary they provide. Terrible work environment

They know nothing about work environment. They make you work for every penny they give and they try to take money from you. The travel allowance is maxed out at 3000 rupees and they make you run more than that. They don't give allowance for the equipment that we buy for the company

Can be very helpful in learning new skills and personal career development. Complete corporate Medical insurance. My managers and team are excellent. Got to feel lucky for that.

Dislikes

Worst work life balance, as they will ask everything in urgent. No salary hikes, even promotions are very rare and no use of it though, because no hikes will there. They say company is not doing good, but will invest huge amount in infrastructure and other things. Even freshers are getting more salary than 6+ years experienced here.
