I’ve been at my new job for about six months now, and everything’s been going great! I’m getting positive feedback from my manager, and I get along well with the team. Compensation is decent, but growth slow. The work pressure is very high. Also there is no on-job training for freshers hence senior folks like me have to guide them step-by-step which is a pain sometimes
