...tions and escalations. Decent hikes 8-10% or more depends on your perfomance. 100% variable pay (30%tax as of salary bracket)is received as it always depends on your performance alone. Annual gifts. Big or small, something they are gifting you annually worth of 4-5k which is far better than so called MNCs. Very organized work environment and latest database technologies 12c pdb, 19c/21c, AWS-RDS & EC2, SQL server, 13c OEM,GG, RAC. You get ample amount of time either to waste and develop your skill set. Choice is yours!

Dislikes

Night shifts are tough(1 full month in cycles). allowance is decent though. Company do not have a wikipedia page. It will boost up the confidence of employees. employee and employer PF is just 1800+1800. No additional option for VPF at all. Because of this corpus could not be created. Sometimes you might stuck up doing regular job. Need to grab the opportunity of performing new tasks.

Confused about Salary negotiations
CTC - 8 LPA Loc - Bengaluru, India I have been working in the same company for the last 5 years. My salary went from 3.6 LPA to 8 LPA over the years. I recently put papers, and, started giving interviews. I got an offer from TCS for 15 LPA(12.8 fixed). For more than a month, I've been giving interviews, asking for 18 LPA and many HRs are rejecting straight away, citing it is more than 100% hike from my current CTC. I kept trying and now I am selected for 5 companies - Iris Software, Capgemini, Quantzig Analytics, PwC, HCL, Infinite. Salary discussions are about to start and I'm confused. I'm not good at this. Can anyone suggest?
