Annual gifts. Big or small, something they are gifting you annually worth of 4-5k which is far better than so called MNCs. Very organized work environment and latest database technologies 12c pdb, 19c/21c, AWS-RDS & EC2, SQL server, 13c OEM,GG, RAC. You get ample amount of time either to waste and develop your skill set. Choice is yours!

Night shifts are tough(1 full month in cycles). allowance is decent though. Company do not have a wikipedia page. It will boost up the confidence of employees. employee and employer PF is just 1800+1800. No additional option for VPF at all. Because of this corpus could not be created. Sometimes you might stuck up doing regular job. Need to grab the opportunity of performing new tasks.
