... Best job security ever. The management is good and they run the best show ever. The compensation is based on the standards and I must say, it has a very good standard. If you are given an opportunity with Siemens, don't think twice, just take the offer.

Dislikes

Moving up the ladder is quite difficult as people stay here for longer periods. Good for the people staying in a particular position, and bit of bad circumstance for the person who want to grow.
