The company is open to learn lot of new works and we work happily and travel.

Dislikes

Compensation is very poor. The work pressure is very high, Some times i have to work 18-20 Hours. Managers do not value an individual unique strength. I don't receive any appreciation e mail from my office. There is no job security. Managers does not recognize the employees effort. There is no support from management for employee issues.

Company's policies are good, appraisals are fair and they give good salary hike and good bonus according to the performance annually, medical facilities also fair for the employees. Good work environment.
