Mostly maintenance tasks in India. No onsite. Lot of pay gap with people doing same work.

As soon as their salary reaches out of their budget likewise within 2-3 years, they play cheap level of politics to put that employee out of company. They will try to provoke you, gossip about you, defame you, spy your personal activities and make comments about it during office hours and many more tactics to provoke you and put you down.
