Company's policies are good, appraisals are fair and they give good salary hike and good bonus according to the performance annually, medical facilities also fair for the employees. Good work environment.

...not has job security but they will try to retain internally if client backs off. Salary package is average not competitive with respect to maket.

If you get into a good project and under a good manager, siemens is a very good place to work.. Work life balance and leanings depend upon the team and the project

...policy. Apart from annual hike cycle expect no hike irrespective of promotions.. I had 2 dry promotions in 3 years with hardly any difference to the salary. Only the work and responsibilities increased.
