The Grip levels are given without proper considering the experience and skills, Compensation is not upto mark... Since with new system salary directly in hands of manager and they were very discriminating with favorites and +1 managers also wont update anything even for genuine cases also

Compensations and benefits are low. salary is not best in industry that's the main reason employees are leaving company.

...heir. They get fixed budget every year and hire the resources of around 2 years. As soon as their salary reaches out of their budget likewise within 2-3 years, they play cheap level of politics to put that employee out of company. They will try to provoke you, gossip about you, defame you, spy your personal activities and make comments about it during office hours and many more tactics to provoke you and put you down. Do not join this company.

Good company in terms of work life balance ,employee friendly and working hour flexibility. Management understand the employee's issue and try to resolve

Dislikes

Salary is not up to the mark. There is no clear path for promotion and career growth in the company. Salary hikes are also not good, and recognition is lacking.
