Basically it was IPM site so your performance depends upon client feedback. Work life balance is terrible. Management promises are all fake. Mostly Siemens employees are on third party contract or on Siemens direct contract (DC)

Substandard work, Mediocrity, low salary, no growth options. Don't mistake Siemens services india to be Siemens brand. It is just cost center, services company providing man power to Siemens Germany to do sub-standard work. Hardly any growth opportunity. Blue collar staff is hire through external providers. These external provider exploit the Blue collar staff & transfer only 1/3 salary that siemens gives to external providers to blue collar employees. external provider (mediator) eat up salary of blue collar staff.

People from average colleges and not so good academic background stay here others even if they join they either abscond or leave within a short period of time.
