Siemens looks after employees very well, so treats everyone well and job security is guaranteed. There are many policies which are for employee and family benefits.

Dislikes

The compensation which siemens offer at time of new job or annual compensation is way less even though you are part of IT. For me monetary wise concern is there.

If you get into a good project and under a good manager, siemens is a very good place to work.. Work life balance and leanings depend upon the team and the project

Dislikes

...policy. Apart from annual hike cycle expect no hike irrespective of promotions.. I had 2 dry promotions in 3 years with hardly any difference to the salary. Only the work and responsibilities increased.
