Siemens is very good company.

...ish questions to others. He think over smart. We are 4 years back get appraisal. No bonus, no medical coverage, no timings, working 24×7 basic, and all are working all roles (Means EHS working site execution, sotre,security guard, procurement, supply chain management, commercial all work). Only siemens selected wrong Project Manager.

Likes

Learning and growth is always promoted. A really wonderful team to work with and will be fun. Management is really good and always talk about how we can improve the facility, process and oneself.

Less salary, stable.

Great work culture and work life balance, given additionally perks of working in product based company. Good Job security, very less layoffs.

Low salary hikes, hardly rare position level changes, long running products sometimes cause monotonous work

Good company in terms of work life balance ,employee friendly and working hour flexibility. Management understand the employee's issue and try to resolve

Salary is not up to the mark. There is no clear path for promotion and career growth in the company. Salary hikes are also not good, and recognition is lacking.

Working with Siemens was great experience. They use lastest technology in project. I have learnt a lot through out journey in Siemens. It helped me to grow professionally and personally. Most of lead and managers are helpful and down to earth in nature. It was great to be part of SIEMENS

Dislikes

Appreciation is rear thing in Siemens. Salary hike is too low.
