...ou are coming from outside to work, then this company wouldn't be a good choice. The package is very less compared to the work we do. Its not fair enough. One can learn many things. Its a good choice to start a career but staying for long time in this organisation wouldn't give you the satisfaction.

Company's policies are good, appraisals are fair and they give good salary hike and good bonus according to the performance annually, medical facilities also fair for the employees. Good work environment.

Friendly environment, good bonuses , excellent benifits. Managers are understanding. Permanent Wfh for ladies in genuine need.

...not has job security but they will try to retain internally if client backs off. Salary package is average not competitive with respect to maket.
