No appreciation,No job security, increment very very poor,Heavy work load,Only 15 Leaves/year,Contractual job,Incharge is Biased.Not getting time to give family.No promotion.

There is a lot of politics and the management avoid our any issues. Salary is decent but career growth is dependent on manager not in my work. On the job training is not given to new joiners and much more.

They recruit through third party and assure you that they will take you on payroll after one year but that never happens. And people working on third party are treated very poor,no respect. There is no one whom we could complain about. On other side people on payroll get huge pay, they do the same work which third party people does, in fact they almost get half of their work done by third party people. May be other locations offices employees are treated better but the one in navi Mumbai is pathetic.

Very worst experience in my life. There is no job security . Siemens using their contract employees like tissue papers. Company policies follows paper only.

1. Working culture is balanced 2. Daily safety and TBT discus 3. Salary timing fixed but increment time not fixed delay 6 month or above 4. Only contractual job

1. There no Growth possible 2. Salary 2 to 3time review but not increased 3. Only contractual job in siemens so year increment issue 4. So management very badly for salary related and increment time
