1. There no Growth possible 2. Salary 2 to 3time review but not increased 3. Only contractual job in siemens so year increment issue 4. So management very badly for salary related and increment time

They prioritize safety. But at the same time their safety rules are sometimes totally bogus upto an extent that they come in way of job.

Everything. You get a salary just enough to survive. Even tea vendors earn more than me. The management is totally pathetic, they can't retain talent.

The company is open to learn lot of new works and we work happily and travel.

Compensation is very poor. The work pressure is very high, Some times i have to work 18-20 Hours. Managers do not value an individual unique strength. I don't receive any appreciation e mail from my office. There is no job security. Managers does not recognize the employees effort. There is no support from management for employee issues.

Nice experience with Siemens... Siemens always take care their employees..All facilities are provided of Covid 19 by Siemens..

There is lot of politics and the management doesn't address our issue s .Salary is low also career growth is slow..
