The Grip levels are given without proper considering the experience and skills, Compensation is not upto mark... Since with new system salary directly in hands of manager and they were very discriminating with favorites and +1 managers also wont update anything even for genuine cases also

Salary and increment not upto the marks. (Below average) Poor work life balance Improper work load allocation.

Looking at the current situation, I am pretty secured in terms of job and healthy aspects.. because my company is taking care of all the safety measures and running the new normal business activities

I would rate everything is average except salary, as we are far behind looking at other companies pay scale.

Working with Siemens was great experience. They use lastest technology in project. I have learnt a lot through out journey in Siemens. It helped me to grow professionally and personally. Most of lead and managers are helpful and down to earth in nature. It was great to be part of SIEMENS

Dislikes

Appreciation is rear thing in Siemens. Salary hike is too low.

Friendly environment, good bonuses , excellent benifits. Managers are understanding. Permanent Wfh for ladies in genuine need.

...not has job security but they will try to retain internally if client backs off. Salary package is average not competitive with respect to maket.
