The company is open to innovation and readily adopts latest technology in wind field, I love the fact that I am apart of a team that market reliable and Global client base company , Hence I get to travel abroad

Compensation is decent ,but growth is very slow . The work pressure is high since I am single person handing entire Electrical components validation (wind and solar )

Joined and worked from the inception on getting very good global vendor base and exited to work here with complete involvement in all the ares of vendor development, establishing sourcing systems and procedures, identifying the my experienced colleagues from the similar back ground with happy collaboration. I would like to work here again if any future opportunity arise. Travel to Spain, China, Brasil on meeting the global vendors on supplier meet.

Good compensation but no transparency from the top management. High work pressure without any reality and no value on human strengths, with my complete involvement and commitment, loyal from the beginning was unnoticed by my Manager. Dual reporting caused damages in the appraisals.
