Salary , Increment. No prior guidelines for promotion , hike even growth perspective. There is no proper hierarchy channel so all people reporting to single person with different Designation. Favoritism & Dirty politics are now become pillar to grow in Siemens.

Overall experience great. You have more exposure to different different applications. You know about lastest technology. But work is almost detailing. If you want to gain knowledge just make time for yourself and study product that is only way to become technically strong.Overall job is flexible feasible . You want to take job which pay medium or average but give you security and work life balance then this is one of the best company. Be relaxed. At same time, high culture , interaction with foreign clients, ethically good, respectful environment, nobody care what are you doing in your personal life.

There is no good salary structure. They are not consider work experience while discussing salary.they only considering previous salary it's not correct Way to fix the salary.should be consider experience also then have to give salary slot.
