You want to take job which pay medium or average but give you security and work life balance then this is one of the best company. Be relaxed. Job security & No restrictions for punch timing.. 2-3 days work from home also applicable. No prior formalities for leave.. Basically you feel like your 2nd home.. Good working environment & Culture.

Salary , Increment. No prior guidelines for promotion , hike even growth perspective. There is no proper hierarchy channel so all people reporting to single person with different Designation. Favoritism & Dirty politics are now become pillar to grow in Siemens.
